Nature of the provider

The CoPlay app is provided by a private individual as a non-commercial project. There is no company, no entry in a commercial register, and no VAT identification number.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content in the app in accordance with the general laws. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected.

Liability for links and third-party services

The app can open and refer to third-party services (for example the maps app it hands a destination to), and its legal texts link to third-party policies, over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for that third-party content. The respective provider is always responsible for their own content. Should we become aware of any legal infringement, we will remove such a link immediately.

The content created by the provider in the app is subject to German copyright law. Contributions by third parties are marked as such. Reproduction, editing, distribution, and any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright law require the prior written consent of the respective author or creator.
